Our CNC milled floor plates have a precise fit that closely follows the contours of the vehicle’s bottom plate. Zevim floor plates consist of 1 to 4 parts depending on the length of the total vehicle. These different parts are each connected with a half-wood joint in combination with special connection screws.

Further properties and features of Zevim floorboards:

• They come standard with aluminum profile entry strips* as edge protection, applied to all door positions*.
• Floor attachment is done with lashing rings or lashing eyes at original attachment points. If necessary, fastening scales are supplied as standard or the vehicle’s standard fastening scales are used.
• All necessary accessories are included in the included kit and installation can be done with a few simple hand tools at the location of your choice.
• Note: if the lashing eyes or lashing rings are not present in the vehicle, we recommend attaching them with a specific PU adhesive sealant. You can order this adhesive sealant separately or it is available separately in almost every professional trade per tube of 310 ml.
